Day 24: A Supernatural Location In Beautiful Fort Langley, BC

Hey, Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays, everyone! It is Christmas Eve and our advent calendar is coming to an end… soon. We could say that we gave this one lots of consideration, but in the end, we really didn’t. December 24th just had to be a Supernatural location. After all, it’s our #1 show of all times, it’s a lifestyle, it’s a religion, it’s family and it’s what basically got us into fandom and eventually, to blogging.

Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki, the main characters and brothers in the show are our Squirrel and Moose, they’re our TV boyfriends and BFFs, they’re the brothers we never had and the best pair of dorks in the history of television. We openly and proudly fangirl over them like a couple of teenagers over a boy band in the 90’s, and we’ll forever wish them all the success and happiness in life.

But yes, about the location. This one was taken in Fort Langley in British Columbia, a Supernatural location they’ve used quite often during the show’s 12 seasons. If you see a small US town on the show, it’s Fort Langley. Whenever the surroundings need to look all oldey-timey, it’s Fort Langley.

Not only that, it’s yet another filming location that also attracts the regular sort of tourists and for many good reasons: it’s a picturesque little village with a lot to see and some delicious treats to taste (don’t miss the candy shop right behind the guys here!).
