Hello! Welcome! So happy you came for a visit! Here, have a cup of tea. Get those tired feet up. Need a pillow? A blanket? Good, get comfy. Because you’ve just arrived to the Fangirl Quest website and we want you to enjoy your stay, be it short or long.
As many of you know, we’ve had this blog on Tumblr for almost a year now. We started it after our sceneframing photos went viral last autumn, and as it seems this thing of ours isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, we decided it was time to put together a website.
Now, it has to be said: we absolutely adore Tumblr. We’ve had a very good home there for the past almost-a-year (with our 22,000+ followers and all!), but we wanted to get all that content sorted into good order for your browsing convenience. The blog is staying active, too, but now we can use it more interactively as we can pile all the other stuff neatly here.
We’ll be adding new photos and content on the site regularly, but we’re also going to move all the old classics from the blog here to create a jolly big archive of all the things we’ve done: the sceneframing photos, travel articles, event reports, set visit posts, all of it.
Since we’ve been our own beta testers and YOU guys are here for the first time, we have a couple of humble requests:
1) Let us know if you encounter any problems, for example a broken link. Suggestions and feedback are also very, very welcome! Is everything easy to find? How did it look on your computer, tablet or mobile screen? You can send us some email (info@fangirlquest.com) or tweet us (@FangirlQuest) with your thoughts!
2) Please share your favourite article(s) with your friends on social media! We’re fans writing for fellow fans, nothing more, so the only “payment” we’re getting from this are the smiles and likes :)
That’s about it for now!
We’ll take a step back now to nervously bite our fingernails because eek! People can actually see this now!
